You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item has not been damaged due to misuse.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, NUR CUIR will cover the return or exchange shipping costs.
For all other return or exchange requests, shipping fees may apply.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
